I specialize in creating e-Learning courses, educational materials, animated videos, on-the-job trainings and instructor-led trainings. My courses include elements of storytelling, scenarios, gamification, reusable learning objects, and evaluation. I also lead professional development trainings centered around work/life integration (whole health wellness), leadership development (teambuilding, trust-building, problem-solving skills, communication, etc.), and career readiness either in-person or webinar using the experiential learning theory model. 

Through consultation with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), I conduct thorough content and needs analysis to determine the best solution for learners. My go to question for SMEs is:

"What do your learners need to know in order to successfully complete the job or task at hand?"

This helps us get to the root learning objectives to impact learning behaviors and measure learning effectiveness.
